This gorgeous and sexy chic midi dress is connected with a knot feature in the front mid section.  You'll step into the skirt and then put the top part over you like a shirt.  While the fabrication is stretchy, it does have a band around the waist and under the chest that doesn't have infinite stretch.  For this reason I sized up to get the skirt around my hips!
