Ella G Boutique — Return & Store Credit Policy

At Ella G Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t the right fit, eligible items may be returned for store credit only.

We do not issue refunds back to the original form of payment.
Store credit is issued as a digital gift card and does not expire.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

Your return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery or in-store purchase date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, odors, makeup, pet hair, deodorant marks, or wear.

All original tags must be attached.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sale items
• Accessories including jewelry
• Bodysuits
• Bralettes
• Hats
• Socks
• Beauty, skincare, and wellness items
• Gift cards
• Any item labeled Final Sale

How to Initiate a Return

Include:

• Your full name
• Order number or in-store purchase date
• Item or items you wish to return

Once your return is approved, you may return your item in store or mail it back following the instructions provided.

Return Options

In-store returns
Approved returns may be brought to our retail storefront in Dublin during store hours.

Mail-in returns
Customers may also mail approved returns to the address below. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your store credit to be issued.

Store credit will be sent via email as a digital gift card.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 business days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not available.

If you need a different size or style, you may return your original item if eligible for store credit and place a new order.

Return Shipping Fees

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Ella G Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
