Shipping policy

Order Processing Times

All in-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days from our fulfillment center in Bucks County, PA.

Supplement and skincare orders may ship separately and typically ship within 5–7 business days, as they are fulfilled directly through our wellness partners.


Shipping Rates

  • $6 Standard Shipping: Orders under $60

  • $8 Standard Shipping: Orders $60–$124.99

  • FREE Standard Shipping: Orders $125+

Shipping rates apply to orders within the continental United States.


Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has shipped, standard U.S. delivery typically takes:
3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier volume.

Please note: delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays.



Tracking Information

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we ship to the United States only.

We do not currently offer expedited or international shipping.



Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Ella G Boutique is not responsible for packages once they have been scanned by the carrier.
If your shipment is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check:

  • With nearby neighbors

  • With your local post office

  • Safe drop locations around your home

If your package arrives damaged, or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at hello@ellagboutique.com

within 2 business days so we can assist.

We recommend selecting a secure delivery address and monitoring your tracking closely.



Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
